Set up an account at Jpay and purchase virtual stamps so you can stay in touch with Kurtis via email. When you search for Kurtis, you will find two listed. Make sure you select the one that says "Washington State Department". You will also need to fill out your personal profile so your name shows up on Kurtis' end.

ReplyDeleteJust a note that Jennifer passed away Oct 2017. She was struck by a car while walking on the freeway in Dallas, Texas. She left 3 children. 2 boys 14, and 15 who are doing wonderfully and a 9 year old girl who lives with her dad.
